If your company will match your donation, please use the mail-in option.

B. MAKE A DONATION WITH A CREDIT CARD OR YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Two steps required:

Click the Donate button to provide your payment information (credit card or PayPal) AND
Complete the WCHT Online Donation Form to specify how you want your donation applied.

Step 1: Supply your Credit Card or PayPal payment information by clicking on the Donate button.

Step 2: Click for WCHT Online Donation Form
Your donation is not final until you complete the online Donation Form.

C. MAKE A DONATION WITH A CHECK VIA POSTAL MAIL:

Please make your check payable to

and mail with the printed Mail-in Donation Form (and corporate matching gift form, if any)
